Returns and problems
Start with your Amazon order.
Your order is placed with Amazon.ca, so Amazon's return policy for that order applies. Starting a return from Your Orders on Amazon.ca is usually the fastest route.

Care
Cleaning and charging
Espresso gift set. The espresso maker does not heat water, so always start with hot water from a kettle or thermos, and take care when filling the tank. The brewing parts unscrew for rinsing. Wipe the main units, and never submerge them in water.
Charging. Each device in the set charges over USB with the included cable. No wall adapter is included, so use any USB charger or power bank. The devices contain lithium-ion batteries: charge with the supplied cable only, and do not charge a device that has been dropped hard or looks swollen or deformed.
Manual grinder. Brush the burr and the jar with the included brush after use, and hand wash the glass jar. Grind coffee beans only, and keep stones and hard foreign objects out of the hopper.

What is in the products, and how it flies
The three devices in the espresso gift set each contain a lithium-ion cell. All of them are far below the 20 Wh per-cell threshold that triggers the restrictive shipping rules, and all are classified as lithium-ion batteries contained in equipment.

Each cell has a UN 38.3 test report and a safety data sheet, plus independent air and sea identification reports. If you need copies for a freight forwarder or an airline, email us and we will send them.
Flying with one: airlines generally require devices containing lithium cells to travel in carry-on baggage rather than checked baggage. Check with your airline, and carry the device switched off.
